Service robots: delivery, cleaning, kitchen

The most mature class of robots: there are hundreds of thousands of them, they work every day and their payback is clear. The robot takes on the heavy and monotonous work — carrying trays, washing hectares of floor, frying to a recipe — and people stay with the guests.

B2B

For business

  • Restaurants and cafés — a robot waiter carries dishes and tableware, a robot cook keeps the same quality in every branch.
  • Hotels and resorts — room delivery, towels, cleaning lobbies and corridors at night.
  • Shopping malls, business centers, airports — cleaning robots on large floor areas, a report on every cleaning run.
  • Hospitals and warehouses — moving medicines, linen and small loads around the building.
B2C

For the home

  • For a private home — home classes — vacuums with an arm and lawn mowers — are under “Smart home and villa”.
What we do
  • We inspect the site: floors, thresholds, elevators, Wi-Fi, routes.
  • We calculate payback against wages and rent — honestly, with numbers.
  • We sell or rent with service: building map, staff training, spare parts.
  • We let you try before buying wherever possible.
What to consider
  • Thresholds, carpets and narrow aisles cut a robot’s usefulness — we look at the site before purchase.
  • On islands, nearby service and resistance to sea air matter.
  • Wages in Vietnam are lower than in Russia — we calculate payback separately.

How it works

The robot maps the room with lidar and cameras, steers around people and chairs, and drives to the table on its own. The waiter puts the order on the trays and taps the table number — the robot delivers, and the person stays with the guests.

Fact. Pudu and Keenon have each shipped over 100,000 robots.

Russia. Pudu and Keenon are sold in Russia through independent distributors; the robots were tested at the Perekrestok supermarket chain, the Shokoladnitsa café chain and Vkusno — i Tochka (the former McDonald’s in Russia).

Vietnam. Keenon’s partner in Vietnam is DigiCorp.

Cleaning robots

Pudu CC1, Gausium, Keenon C40: they scrub and vacuum malls, airports, offices and factories.

Pudu CC1 — ~$22,000 · rental — $619–917 a monthUS dealer prices, 2026; in Russia — ₽2–3.5 million or rental from ₽100,000 a month

How it works

The robot memorizes the building map, picks its own route, scrubs and dries the floor, steers around people and drives back to its station — to charge, drain the dirty water and take on clean. One person watches several robots from a phone.

Fact. Cleaning is over 70% of Pudu’s revenue: it is the most widespread class of service robots.

Russia. The Lenta supermarket chain works with 42 cleaning robots; rental pays back against a cleaner’s salary of ₽90,000 and up.

Robot cooks

Wok robots stir-fry dishes to a recipe, accurate to the second and the gram.

How it works

The cook loads chopped ingredients and sauces; the machine doses, fries and stirs according to a recorded program. The dish comes out the same in every branch, and the cook works on flavor, not on the pan.

Fact. The Chinese chain Xiaocaiyuan bought 3,000 of these robots at ¥50,000 each.

Drone delivery

A store order flies in within minutes: the drone lowers the bag on a tether into the yard.

How it works

The drone flies a pre-approved corridor, sees obstacles and lowers the load without landing. One operator watches dozens of aircraft.

Fact. Walmart delivered its millionth drone parcel on 29 May 2026; Zipline has over 2 million deliveries.

How we work

Four steps from task to service

Task analysis

What to do, where, by when and on what budget. Sometimes the best robot is a well-tuned process.

Selection and costing

Two or three options with the full price, payback and a check that import and servicing are legal.

Delivery and launch

Logistics, customs, certification, installation, setup and team training.

Service

Maintenance, spare parts, updates — or rental instead of purchase.
